Repair And Maintenance Services Of Firefighting Equipment – ​​Maintenance Service For Detection, Protection And Extinction Of Fire Systems In The Buildings Of The University Of León And Detection Of Combustible Gases In Laboratories. The Service To Be Contracted Will Guarantee The Maintenance And Conservation Of The Facilities Indicated In Annex I Of The Technical Prescription Document, In Perfect Working Order And Cleanliness, So As To Avoid Or Reduce Breakdowns Or Failures That Interrupt Or Hinder Their Operation. To This End, The Winning Company Undertakes To Comply With Royal Decree 513/2017 Of May 22, Which Approves The Regulation Of Fire Protection Installations, Which Cancels And Replaces The Previous Ones, Developing And Complementing The Aforementioned Royal Decree, As Well As All Those National, Regional Or Local Rules And Regulations That Are Applicable To The Purpose Of This Tender, And All Its Possible Modifications, Updates Or New Legislation Or Regulations That Are Promulgated And Are In Force During The Duration Of The Contract.
