Brief Description Of Ctp Veldzicht: The Center For Transcultural Psychiatry (Ctp) Veldzicht Is A Government Clinic In Balkbrug, Overijssel (Part Of The Custodial Institutions Service Of The Ministry Of Justice And Security) That Focuses On Providing Psychiatric Care And Forensic Psychiatric Care To Patients With A Non-Dutch Background. Patients With Very Different Legal Statuses And Healthcare Titles Reside There. O.A. Asylum Seekers, Undocumented Migrants, Aliens With Tbs, Aliens In Criminal Law And Administrative Aliens. There Is Also A Department Where Patients For Whom There Is No Longer A Suitable Place In Regular Mental Health Care (So-Called Intensive Care Patients) Can Be Treated Temporarily. A Total Of About 180 Patients Can Be Admitted To The Clinic. In Many Cases, Patients Return To The Institution They Came From After Their Treatment. The Intended Result Of The Project Is To Expand The Capacity Of Ctp Veldzicht Through: A Number Of Renovations, New Construction And Enlargement Of The Site Within The Perimeter.
