All Spare Parts Must Be Newly Produced And Meet The Prescribed By The Factory - The Manufacturer Of The Respective Type Of Trolleybus Or The Bus Characteristics By Type, Type, Parameters, Class Of Accuracy And Other Parameters. The Deliveries Shall Be Made Periodically Within 10 / Ten / Days After The Written Request By The Contracting Authority For The Respective Quantity And Type Of Parts Or Consumables, The Latter Has No Obligation To Buy The Entire Estimated Quantity In The Lot.
