The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Construction, Development And Maintenance Of Telephone Lines In Lots As Follows: Lot # 1: “Construction And Development Of The National Telephone Line For Violence (Ntl) For The Needs Of The Council Of Ministers Council (Amc) ” Lot 2: Provision Of Voice And Facsimilic Messages Via Voice Over Ip (Voip) Technology According To The Electronic Communications Act On The Territory Of The Country And Abroad Offers Shall Be Submitted Only According To A Lot 1. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Separate Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Relevant Lot Of Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 156 464 For Supplies And Services And The General Estimated Value Of The Separate Items Awarded In This Way, Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Projections. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In Accordance With The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Order. Lot 2 Will Be Assigned In Accordance With The Procedure Valid For Its Respective Individual Value In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act - Through The Way Direct Award, On The Grounds Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. Participants Should Not Submit Tenders In Lot 2!
