A Budgetary Quotation For These Connection Elements Contributes To A Higher Point Score For The Technical Value Of The Award Criteria, But This Quotation Should Not Be Included In The Measurement Statement. It Is The Intention Of Ivbo To Only Purchase The Connection Elements That Were Damaged When The Turbine Was Damaged Because Of The Large Cost Of These Articles.
