In Particular, The Services Relate To The Insurance And Immovable Property Insurance Of Forth And Liability For Third Parties And Against Workers In All Forth Facilities For One (1) Year, And Specifically From 01/01/2026 At 12:00 Pm By 01/01/2027 At 12:00 Pm For The Fire Industry And From 01/01/2026 At 00:01 Am Until 31/12/2026 At 00:00 Am For The Cc Branch And Liability, Of Course, According To The Individual Insurance Contracts. More Specifically, Based On The Data Of 31/03/2025 (See Appendix Ii) • Fire & Supplementary Risk Insurance For Insured Funds 60,021,302.73 €, • Electronic Equipment Insurance For Insured Funds 45,040,763,22 €, Coverage Of Future New Acquisitions. Indicatively, It Is Estimated A) Estate From 01/04-31/12/2025: 3,000,000.00 €. (B) New Possessions 2026: 5,000,000.00 € Including Vat. C) Taa Buildings: Estimation For 2026: 56,000,000 €. Insurance Of Assets To Be Acquired Or By Mistakes Have Not Been Insured During The Contract Of Validity Will Be Done By A Written Notification Of The Contracting Authority To The Contractor And Will Necessarily Apply To Him From Receiving The Notification On The Same Terms, Honor And Agreements. During The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Request Cancellation Of Equipment Insurance That Withdraws Or Ceases For Any Reason.
