The Pavilions Are One, Two And Three -Storey, The Roof Cladding Consists Of Waterproofing Asphalt Modified Strips. The Building Is Partially Basement. Windows And Doors Are Largely Plastic With Double Glazing And Partially Wooden. The Cladding And Roofs Of The Building Are Not Insulated. The Subject Of Solution Of The Building Part Of The Building Renewal Is The Insulation Of The Facade By A Contact Thermal Insulation System Based On Mineral Wool, Waterproofing And Thermal Insulation Of All Roofs, Replacement Of Transparent Windows And Doors And Isolation Against Ground Moisture. The Subject Of The Solution Is Also Partial Reconstruction Of The Interior (Some Parts Are Already Reconstructed). The Subject Of Improving The Indoor Environment Is Also A Solution To Controlled Air Exchange.
