The Deutsche Bundesbank (Hereinafter Also Client) Is The Independent Central Bank Of The Federal Republic Of Germany And, Together With The Ecb And Other National Central Banks, Forms The European Systems Of The Central Banks (Eszb). The Previous Process On Needs Task, Procurement, Invoice Processing And Payment Of Goods And Services Was Identified As A Pilot Project For End-To-End Process Optimization. P2p Procure To Pay Describes An End-To-End Process That Includes All Steps From The Needs Task To Payment. In The Measure, A Target Process To Improve Process Reliability, Legal Conformity And Efficiency Was Developed. This Process Is To Be Implemented In Terms Of Technology In The P2p Project. Instead Of Numerous It Applications, The Process Should Be Based On The Sap Standard As Far As Possible. Specialized Software Products Are Only Used In Special Exceptional Cases. The Clients Procurement Process Is Currently Still Shaped By Manual Processing Steps And System Fractures Between The It Procedures. The Client Intends To Standardize The Purchase Process As Part Of A Digital Solution. The Aim Is To Implement An Efficient And Legally Secure Process For All Procurement Processes Of The Client. The Transfer Of Ivm According To Sap Contracts Creates A Functional Gap From The Client With Regard To The Content -Related Contract Management Functionalities, In Particular The Contract, Appendix And Change Processing, Management And Documentation. So Far, Other Important Functionalities Such As Clause Libraries And Analytical Instruments On Contract Risk Management Are Generally Missing. In Addition, Comprehensive Purchase Contract Management Is Required, Which Interacted And Efficiently Exchanges Data With The Future Contract Management System. One Of The Sub -Projects As Part Of P2p Is The Sub -Project 2B Contract Lifecyclemanagement. The Following Goals Are To Be Achieved In The Context: 1) Purchase And Integration Of The Contract Lifecycle Management (Clm) (Saas Application), 2) Plant Of Content For The First Operation Of The Clm, 3) Creation Of A User -Friendly Digital, Efficient Contract Processing Process, 4) Systematization And, As Possible, Automation Of Purchasing Contract Creation And Management, 5) Display And Monitoring Contract Life Cycle Also Taking Into Account The Change In The Contract And 6) Construction Of A System-Based Automated Risk Identification And Risk Analysis Process. As Part Of The Digitization And Optimization Of The Clients Contractual Processes, The Latter Requires Powerful Contract Management Software As A Software-As-A-Service (Saas). This Solution Is Intended To Enable The Overall Contract Cycle To Automate, Minimize Risks And The Efficiency In The Administration Of
