Suw Modernization Includes Works In The Field Of Construction (Chambers At The Protozoan, Slope Stairs To The Tanks, Aggregate On The Foundation, Fence); Reconstruction (Suw Building, Chlorine And Gatewall Building, Water Intake Buildings, Transformer Column, Water Supply Networks, Hardened Installations, Paved Surfaces), Expansion (Paved Surfaces), Renovation (Building Building, Two Water Reservoirs, External Lighting In The Suw, Paved Surfaces); Demolitions (Chambers By The Protozoan, Off -Road Stairs At The Tanks, Fences). Order Carried Out In Connection With The Project Recommended For Co-Financing From The Funds Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, Operation Fenx.02.05 Water For Consumption. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. The Reservation Of Personal Performance Of Key Tasks Is One Of The Guarantees Of The Correct Performance Of The Contract, Which Is A Strategic Task For The Employer And Thus For The Functioning Of The City And Commune Of Łęczna. The Water Treatment Plant Is An Essential Element Of The Process Of Supplying People With Water, Requiring As Critical Infrastructure Of Special Supervision And Protection. The Performance Of Part Of The Contract Described In Point 1) Is Undoubtedly In Terms Of Qualitatively A Key Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Because For Technological Reasons It Determines The Functioning Of The Entire System. When Implementing This Type Of Works, There Is A High Risk Of Impact On The Quality Of Water Supplied, Requiring The Preservation Of A High Technological Regime, Quality Of Materials Or The Equipment Used, Which Requires Constant Supervision On The Contractor Over The Quality Of Works.
