The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare Project Documentation And Ensure The Performance Of Professional Author Supervision Of The Designer For The Action “Humenné, Hs And Or Hazz, Construction Of The Building”. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is To The Following Extent: 1. Ensuring The Input Documents - Elaboration Of Hydrogeological Survey To The Extent Necessary For Determining The Infiltration Conditions To The Need To Build A System Of Removal Of Surface Rainwater Into The Subsoil. The Survey Will Result In The Assessment Processed In Accordance With Par. 1 Section 37 Of Act 364/2004 On Waters - Putchine Magic And Visšation Focus Of The Premises And Surroundings To The Extent Necessary For The Preparation Of The Project Project Related Mainly To The Reconstruction Of The Transport Connection Of The Area, Reconstruction Of Connections For Divorce Of Technical Infrastructure And Setting Existing Engineering Networks, Their Geodetic Focus And Drawing. - The Preparation Of The Engineering-Geological Survey For The Purpose Of Designing Foundation Structures,- Execution Of Radon Survey For The Purpose Of Determining The Radon Risk Of Subsoil 2. Ensuring The Project Preparation Of The Construction- Elaboration Of Construction Plan In Detail Of The Project Project On The Approved Basic Requirement Of Cppo-20124/002031-001 Dated 17.05.2024 And According To The Instructions Of The Client Listed In Point 1 And 3 Of Annex No. 1 To The Proposal Of The Zod In The Extent Pursuant To Point 1.1 Of Annex No. 1 To The Draft Zod And § 9 Paragraph 2 And 3 Of Act No. 25/2025 Coll. Building Act And On Amendments To Certain Acts (Building Act), Decree No. 60/2025 Coll. Office For Spatial Planning And Construction Of The Slovak Republic On The Structure And Operation Of The Information System Of Land -Use Planning And Construction, On The Content Of Submissions And Content And Extent Of The Construction Documentation, Including The Safety And Health Protection Plan For Work And Energy Evaluation Of The Building Pursuant To Section 4A Of The National Council Of The Slovak Republic No. 555/2005 Coll. On The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings And On Amendments And Supplements To Certain Acts, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Eec Act”) To The Extent Pursuant To Point 2.1 Paragraph E) Of Annex No. 1 To The Petition Of The Zod, And The Preparation Of The Intention Pursuant To Act No. 24/2006 Coll. On Environmental Impact Assessment And On Amendments To Certain Acts And Ensuring The Assessment Of The Proposed Activity (If Relevant) Which Will Be Used For The Purposes Of The Building Plan. - Discussing The Construction Plan With The Competent Land -Use Planning Authority, With The Affected Authorities And The Legal Persons Concerned In Order To Ensure Binding Opinions And Binding Statements, Including The Expert Opinion Of An Authorized Legal Entity Under Act No. 124/2006 Coll. On Safety And Health Protection At Work And On Amendments And Supplements To Certain Acts, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Osh Act”) In Terms Of Safety And Health Protection At Work And Dedicated Technical Facilities) To The Project Documentation, Which Must Be Accompanied By The Report On The Discussion Of The Construction Plan. The Discussion Of The Building Plan Will Also Ensure The Designer In The Relationship
