Software Implementation Services – L-Bank - Europe-Wide Award For The Procurement And Implementation Of Cafm Software In A Negotiated Procedure With Participation Competition According To Vgv. The L-Bank Is The Development Institute Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg. Its Business Activities Are Determined By The Legal Mandate To Support The Country In The Fulfillment Of Its Public Tasks, Particularly In The Areas Of Structural, Economic And Social Policy, And To Implement Support Measures In Accordance With The State Aid Regulations Of The European Union. The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Procurement And Implementation Of Cafm Software. The Aim Is To Provide A Web-Based Solution To Support Facility Management Processes. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: - Delivery Of Modular, Expandable Cafm Software - Adaptation And Configuration To The Clients Specific Requirements - Migration Of Existing Data - Integration With Existing Systems (Interfaces) - Training Of Administrators And Users - Provision Of Documentation And User Manuals - Maintenance, Support And Further Development Over The Contract Term Further Information On The Subject Of The Procedure And The Scope Of The The Tendered Service Results In Particular From The Catalog Of Requirements Already Made Available For Information Regarding The Minimum Requirements For The System (Appendix 2). The Contracting Authority Expects The Future Contractor To Provide Qualified Project Management To Ensure The Success Of The Project (See Section 4.2.2 Of The Applicant Memorandum). L-Bank Will Also Have A Project Manager Available To Support The Project. This Person Will Also Take On The Function And Tasks Of System Administration From A Technical Perspective. The Contract Is Expected To Be Concluded By The End Of March 2026. The Contract Should Begin On April 1, 2026 And Have A Term Of 4 Years With Multiple Optional Extensions Of A Further Year Each, Unless It Is Terminated By The Client Six Months Before Expiry. The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Contract Based On The Relevant Evb-It Contract Template. This Will Be Made Available To Bidders As Part Of The Invitation To Tender. Due To The Expected Classification Of The Service Item As An External It Source And Since The Service Item May Be An Ict Service That Is Not Classified As Important Or Critical Within The Meaning Of The Digital Operational Resilience Act (Dora), The Contract Must Meet The Banking Supervisory Requirements And The Regulatory And Legal Requirements Of Section 25B Kwg, Bait, Marisk And Dora. The Contractual Partner Undertakes To Fulfill The Banking Supervisory, Regulatory And Legal Requirements Of Section 25B Kwg, Bait, Marisk And Dora.
