In The Case Of Submission By The Participant Of An Authorization Letter By The Official Representative Of The Manufacturer (Or Equivalent Document), The Offer Also Attached An Authorization Letter Issued By The Manufacturer (Or Equivalent Document In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By Translation Into Bulgarian), Which Authorizes The Official Representative Of The Manufacturer To Provide Third Party Authorization. *** The Requirement For Authorization At The Stage Of Submission Of Tenders Is Justified By The Subject Of The Contract And Is A Guarantee For Its Timely And Qualitative Execution.
