Refuse Recycling Services – Removal And Treatment Of Nitrogen Protoxyde And Gas Bottles Over The Entire Decoset Operating Territory.
The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders.
The Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices.
This Framework Agreement Concerns The Removal Of Gas And Nitrous Oxide Cylinders From Collection Points Within The Decoset Perimeter, Their Transportation And Processing At An Approved Deposit Site, In Accordance With The Regulations In Force. Due To Their Flammability, Toxicity And Corrosiveness, Gas Cylinders, In Accordance With The Circular Of May 18, 1977, Cannot Follow The Same Disposal Routes As Household Waste. Therefore, On-Site Storage Must Be Carried Out In Appropriate Waterproof Containers. The Holder Will Be Responsible For Loading, Transporting, Unloading And Processing Gas And Nitrous Oxide Cylinders At An Approved Storage Location. It Is Up To Him To Implement The Safety Measures Adapted To Loading And Transport Operations. The Personnel Carrying Out These Operations Must Have All The Necessary Training And Wear Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
