1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Access Road From Ul. Ołtaszyńska To Zsp At Ul. Zwycięska In Wrocław, As Part Of This Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: 1.1. Development Of Design Documentation (Including Construction Design And Detailed Designs) And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Along With All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals And Permits, Including Obtaining The Final Administrative Decision Enabling The Commencement And Conduct Of Construction Works, 1.2. Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor And The Administrative Decision Obtained By The Contractor Enabling The Commencement And Conduct Of Construction Works, 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Fup And Other Documents Constituting The Specification Of The Terms Of Reference In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Above Tasks, As Well As In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Ordering Partys Instructions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.
