The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Renovation Of The Facade Along With Insulation Of Walls In The Building Of Accommodation Of Prisoners C At The Prison In Włocławek. 2. All Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law, Applicable Standards And Construction Art In Accordance With Health And Safety Regulations. The Materials And Products Used Must Have A Quality Certificate Or A Declaration Of Compliance. The Works Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That They Do Not Threaten Safety And Do Not Cause Too Much Difficulties In The Functioning Of The Unit. The Work Of The Works Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling And Re-Assembly Of Air Conditioners, 2) Dismantling And Re-Assembly Of Technical And Protective Devices, Blends And Steel Meshes In Window Openings With Mounted Extensions, 3) Demolition Of The Building Concrete Around The Building Along With Stabilization And The Foundation, 4) Making The Insulation Of Discovered Foundation Walls, 5) Demolition Of Existing Roofs Above The Entrances To The Building And Bricking The Holes After Demolished Luxurys, 6) Reproduction Of Lightweight Canopies Above The Entrances, 7) Insulation Of External Walls 8) Plastering, 9) Repair Of Walls At The Entrance To The Building With Painting Or The Assumption Of Facade Plaster And Securing Hats, 10) Painting Outer Window Grilles, Blends, Steel Mesh On The Building, 11) Replacement Of All Window Sills In The Window Openings Of The Building. The Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out Outside The Facility. Due To The Fact That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Vicinity Of Active Facilities - Accommodation Buildings Of Prisoners Will Be Obliged To Organize Them So As Not To Expose Users Of Facilities And Third Parties To Danger And Nuisance Resulting From The Works And Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of Construction Works.
