The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including The Modernization Of The Student Bathroom For Students Of Grades I-Iii At Primary School No. 7. Gen. Józef Bem In Ostrów Wielkopolski. The Aim Of The Modernization Is To Adapt The Room To The Applicable Technical, Sanitary, Accessibility And Aesthetic Requirements, As Well As To Ensure Safe, Functional And Hygienic Use By Children.1. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling And Demolition Works, Including Dismantling Of Existing Sanitary Equipment, Fittings, Radiators, Lighting Fixtures And Structural Elements; 2) Construction Of New Partition Walls, Moisture-Proof Insulation, Substrates, Plasters, Floors, Wall And Floor Cladding, Suspended Ceilings And Painting Surfaces Ceilings;3) Installation Of New Door Joinery, Including Glazed Doors, Glass Doors And Toilet Cabin Doors Made Of Hpl Boards;4) Implementation Of Sanitary Installations: Reconstruction Of The Sewerage Line, Water And Sewage Installations, Gravity Ventilation, Central Heating Installation With Installation Of Radiators;5) Implementation Of Electrical Installations, Including Power Supply Circuits, Led Lighting And Equalizing Installation (Equipotential);6) Equipping The Room With New Sanitary Facilities For Students And A Sanitary Complex For Disabled People And Teaching Staff, In Accordance With The Equipment Lists.2. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Were Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitute Annexes To The Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Swz).3. Taking Into Account The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, The Contractor Must Take Into Account Certain Difficulties In Carrying Out The Works, Which In Turn May Involve The Need To Work Alternately With School Work And On Days Off. 4. If Proper Names Appear In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Are Permitted: Solutions, Elements, Materials, Equivalent Devices. Solutions, As Well As Elements, Materials And Devices With Functional And Qualitative Properties The Same Or Similar To Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, But Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Are Considered Equivalent. What Is Important Is That An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Is Not Identical To The Reference Product, But Has Certain Features And Parameters That Are Important For The Ordering Party And Are Similar To The Reference Product: A. Installations, Devices, Products: Parameters And Features Enabling, Above All, Proper Cooperation With Other Installations And/Or Devices And/Or Products, While Allowing To Obtain Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; B.
