Prace Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Offer Cost Estimates Prepared On The Basis Of Bill Of Quantities, Project And Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Attachments To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. The Purpose Of Proper Preparation Of The Offer Is Recommended For The Contractor To Make A Local Vision In The Field At Its Own Expense, Where The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Carried Out And Obtaining (For Its Responsibility And Risk) Any Information That May Be Relevant To The Preparation Of The Offer.
