Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Table Potatoes For 12 Months - Repeated Procedure

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Early And Late Consumer Potatoes In The Following Estimated Amounts On Average Annually: 1.1. Late Potatoes - 129,000 Kg, Period From October 16, 2025 To June 19, 2026 And From September 1, 2026 Until The End Of The Contract, 1.2. Early Potatoes - 26,000 Kg, Period From June 20, 2026 To August 31, 2026. The Estimated Total Amount Of Delivery Of Late And Early Potatoes For One Year For The Contracting Authority Is 155,000 Kg, Including 129,000 Kg Of Late Potatoes And 26,000 Kg Of Early Potatoes. 3. Potatoes Covered By The Order Must Have The First Quality Class. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Potatoes That Meet The Requirements Contained In The Applicable Pn Standards-75/R-74450. 6. The Contractor And The Food Items He Offers Must Meet The Requirements Of Normative Acts In Force In The Republic Of Poland. 7. The Quantity Of Goods Specified In The Contract May Be Reduced Or Increased Due To Changes In Nutrition Planning (I.E. The Selection Of Dishes And Their Recipes) And For Important Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority, E.G. Changes In Fed Personal States. 8. Deliveries Will Take Place Successively Twice A Week, I.E. From Monday To Friday, In Addition To Sundays And Statutory Holidays According To Unit Prices Set Out In The Price Form Of The Offer At Agreed Hours Based On The Orders Received, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Contracting Authorities, Up To Two Nutrition Points In Kołobrzeg. 9. The Employer Will Place Detailed Orders By Phone Or By Fax At Least One Day Before The Expected Delivery Date, Deliveries By 10.00, Delivery Time From The Moment Of Ordering A Maximum Of 24 Hours. 10. The Payment Deadline Required By The Employer Is 23 Days From The Date Of Issuing The Weekly Collective Vat Invoice In Terms Of Quantitative And Qualitative Terms Of Individual Batch Of Goods Included In The Order. 11. The Subject Of The Contract Should Correspond To The Following Characteristics: 11.1. Edible Potatoes, Jm-Kg Pn-75/R-74450. 11.2. Potatoes Varieties Iris, Irga, Sokół, Bryza, Bzura, Ślęza Or Equivalent. 11.3. Sorted White Potatoes For Direct Consumption. 11.4. The Indicated Minimum Transverse Diameter Of The Potato Measured At The Widest Place Of The Withers: From 10 Cm.11.5. Permissible Tolerances For Potatoes: Clouds That Do Not Meet The Quality Requirements - 5 %Including: 0.5 %, Clouds With A Different Diameter But Not Less Than 5Cm - 3 %, Mineral Pollution - 1 %.11.6. Potatoes Should Be Of High Quality, Without Spoiling Outbreaks, Without Mineral Pollution, 11.7. Large Round Tubers, Shallow Eyes, Smooth Skin, 11.8. Raw Tuber Pulp And After Cooking Cannot Darken, 11.9. After Cooking, The Potato Should Mean Loom. 11.10. Other Requirements: A Single Variety With Each Time. 12.
