The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of A Passenger Car For The Needs Of The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Bialystok, In Accordance With The Quantitative And Qualitative Requirements Set Out In Annex 1.1 To Swz-Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Factory -New, Produced In 2025, With A Mileage Not More Than 50 Km, Undamaged, Technically Efficient, Free From All Defects And Damage, Without Traces Of Previous Exploitation, Cannot Be The Subject Of Third Party Rights, And Must Also Meet All The Norms Set To This Type Of Goods By Polish Law. In Accordance With Art. 310 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Purchaser Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Contractual Procedure In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Would Not Be Granted To Him.
