Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas (Group E) For The Czerwonak Commune And Entities Listed In Swz, For The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E), I.E. The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel Along With The Distribution Service To Gas Consumption Points (Ppg) Of The Ordering Party. The Demand For Gas Fuel In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 Is: For Eligible Customers Settled According To Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office: 1,586,481 Kwh (Basic Order), For Unauthorized Customers Settled According To Competitive Market Prices: 816,165 Kwh (Basic Order). 2. Gas Fuel Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Transfer And Reception Points Listed In Annexes No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, To The Gas Network Of The System Operator.3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gas Fuel Up To +/- 10% Of The Basic Order. The Amount Of Gas Fuel Will Be Increased On An Option Basis. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Using The Above By The Ordering Party Are Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Section 3 And 4.4. If The Ordering Party Is/Are An Entity Authorized To Make Settlements According To Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Within The Meaning Of The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gaseous Fuel Customers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, The Declarations Of The Gas Fuel Recipients Signed By The Ordering Party On The Intended Use Of The Gas Fuel, According To The Template Constituting An Annex To The Regulation, Have Been Attached To This Procedure Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of January 28, 2022. A Given Ppg May Be Partially Or Fully Settled According To The Prices From The Sales Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office - The Information Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Settlement Of The Distribution Service And Purchase Of Gaseous Fuel Will Be Based On The Principles Set Out In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997, The Distribution And Sales Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office. Declarations Of The Entity Authorized To Settle According To Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Quality Standards Of The Ordering Partys Service In Accordance With The Applicable Energy Law Provisions. It Should Ensure Continuity Of Supplies Without Any Interruptions In Supplies, Except For Situations Described In The Energy Law, Iriesd, Tariff, And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing Continuity Of Supplies. 6. Information About The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract
