In This Case, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Compensation Claims Against The Contracting Authority For Changing The Order. The Deposit Requires The Contractor To Provide The Certificate (Testimony) For Each Part Of The Oil. Each Pumping Of The Oil To The Contracting Authoritys Tank Will Take Place Only In The Presence Of A Person Authorized By The Employer.
