1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development, Delivery And Implementation Of An Interactive Training System Based On Virtual Reality (Vr) 4 Nw. Modules: Module A. Development, Delivery And Implementation Of An Interactive Training System Based On Virtual Reality (Vr), Dedicated To Learning Issues Related To The Construction, Principle Of Operation And Maintenance Of Wind Turbines. Module B. Development, Delivery And Implementation Of An Interactive Training System Based On Virtual Reality (Vr), Dedicated To Learning Issues Related To The Construction, Principle Of Operation, Installation And Maintenance Of Solar Panels (Photovoltaic) And Heat Pumps. Module C. Development, Delivery And Implementation Of An Interactive Training System Based On Virtual Reality (Vr), Dedicated To Learning How To Design, Install, Connect And Maintain A Comprehensive Electrical Installation In A Single-Family House With The Integration Of Various Renewable Energy Sources (Res), Including Photovoltaic Panels, A Home Wind Turbine, An Energy Storage Facility And A Pump Heat. The System Is Intended To Serve As A Modern Educational Tool Enabling Realistic And Safe Acquaintance With The Processes Of Planning, Assembly, Commissioning And Servicing Of Advanced Energy Systems In A Residential Context. Module D. Development, Delivery And Implementation Of An Interactive Training System Based On Virtual Reality (Vr), Dedicated To Learning Issues Related To The Construction, Principle Of Operation, Operation, Diagnosis And Maintenance Of Direct Current (Dc) And Alternating Current (Ac) Motors. 2. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 Labor Code (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1465, I.E.) Of Persons Directly Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Will Consist In Performing Work Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order Not Shorter Than: 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order By Both Parties (Without Any Reservations).4. The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer To The Ordering Party Exclusive Copyrights To Use And Fully Modify/Develop The Work Created As Part Of The Implementation Of The Agreement By The Contractor.5. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation And Rules For Enforcing The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Template Agreement And In This Tor. 6.
