1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Supply/Sale Of Electricity Together With The Electricity Distribution Service For Spzoz Międzychód Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law - In The Planned Total Amount Of Approximately 800 Mwh Over A 12-Month Period. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Electricity Together With The Electricity Distribution Service For The Needs Of The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Names And Locations Of The Facilities, Forecast Demand For Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract, Types Of Tariffs, Contracted Capacity, Place Of Delivery And Necessary Data To Conclude The Contract Are Included In Annex 3.3. The Values ​​Indicated In Annex 3 Are Estimated Values, Which Do Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.
