The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Employers Facilities And The Sale By The Employer Of Electricity Produced In A Photovoltaic Installation, Constituting A Renewable Source Of Energy (Hereinafter Referred To As Res Source) And The Distribution System (Osd) Introduced Into The Network In The Period From 01.01.2026. Until 31/12/2027 Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And The Act Of February 20, 2015. On Renewable Energy Sources (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1378, As Amended). Sales Will Take Place Via The Distribution Network Belonging To Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. As A Distribution System Operator With Which The Contracting Authority Has Signed (For Individual Facilities) Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services.
