The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas With A Forecast Volume Of Approximately 2,810,308 Kwh, Including: - Consumption Points With A Contractual Capacity Of Up To 110 Kwh/H – 2,025,200 Kwh, - Consumption Points With A Contractual Power Above 110 Kwh/H - 785,108 Kwh. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz, I.E.: A. List Of Facilities Owned By The Majdan Królewski Commune - Annex No. 5 To The Swz B. Estimated Natural Gas Consumption In Facilities Owned By The Majdan Królewski Commune For Individual Tariff Groups In The Period From 01/12/2025 To 30/11/2027 - Annex No. 5 To Swzc. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel And The Provision Of Distribution Services, So The Subject Matter Is Generally Available Because The Open Market For The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel Allows You To Freely Choose A Supplier Of A Specific Quantity And Size. Gas Fuel Has The Same Quality Standards Defined By Applicable Regulations And Applicable Throughout The Country.
