Preparation Of The Work Front • Agreeing The Work Schedule With The Ordering Party, Including The Concert Schedule • Fencing And Protecting The Work Area In Subsequent Sectors Against Contamination 2. Making The Necessary Inspection Holes And Supplying And Installing Flaps Appropriate To The Cross-Section Of The Channels. After The Service Is Completed, The Inspection Flaps Will Be Part Of The Ventilation System. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Appropriate Number Of Inspections Of The Barns Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 3. Mechanical Cleaning Of Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Ducts, Using A Mechanical Method With Simultaneous Extraction Of Pollutants. Note: Ventilation Ducts With Acoustic Insulating Material - No Mechanical Cleaning, Only Disinfection. Estimated Number Of Acoustic Channels - Approx. 130 Running Meters4. Cleaning And Washing Other System Elements • Dampers And Their Re-Adjustment • Supply And Exhaust Diffusers, • Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Grilles.5. Disinfection Of The Entire Installation System Using The Micro-Diffusion Method Using A Disinfectant Approved By The National Institute Of Hygiene. 6. Performing: Microbiological Tests (2 Tests Per 1 Supply Ventilation System) And Ventilation Air Measurements Along With Providing Reports. If The Test Results Are Negative, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repeat The Cleaning And/Or Disinfection Procedures. The Ordering Party Stipulates That A Negative Test Result Constitutes The Basis For Suspending The Final Acceptance And Requesting The Services To Be Performed Again. 7. Visual Inspection Of Channels Before And After Cleaning. Providing The Inspection Record On A Usb Drive. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Is An Integral Part Of The Swz.
