3.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diagnostic Tests And Reagents Including: 3.2.1. In Part 1 Of The Order, Supply Of Antigens, Serums And Conjugates For Diagnostics Of Animal Infectious Diseases, 3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz And The Proposed Contractual Provisions Annex 4 To Swz. 3.4. Each Time, At The Time Of Delivery Of A Given Batch Of Goods, The Employer Reserves The Right To Check In The Presence Of The Contractor If The Goods Are Not Defective And, In Case Of Doubt As To The Compliance Of A Given Batch Of Goods With Swz Entries, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Accept The Goods And Call The Contractor To Deliver A Given Batch Of Goods Within The Originally Set Date. 3.5.
