4.3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order:1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste With Code 17 06 05 - I.E. Construction Materials Containing Asbestos, Resulting From The Replacement Or Liquidation Of Roofing From Farm Buildings Owned By Natural Persons From The Annopol Commune.2) Asbestos-Containing Products Are Placed On The Property Of Residents Who Have Registered For The Program. Removal Of Asbestos On Farms In The Annopol Commune.3) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Service Of Dismantling Waste Containing Asbestos From Roof Coverings Of Buildings.4) The Amount Of Asbestos To Be Collected Declared By The Residents (Estimated Amount Based On Submitted Applications) Is Approximately 155.97 Mg, Assuming That One Corrugated Cement And Asbestos Board Weighs Approximately 15 Kg. The List Of The Number Of Properties Divided By Locality Is Attached.5) The Scope Of The Service Provided Mainly Includes: - Preparation For Loading Previously Dismantled Asbestos Boards Stored On The Properties Of The Annopol Commune Residents (Placing On A Pallet And Securing With Foil); - Weighing The Dismantled Asbestos-Cement Boards Directly On The Property Of Each Resident, Using The Contractors Own Devices (Legalized). The Costs Of Weighing Waste Are Borne By The Contractor; - Transport Of Collected And Properly Secured Asbestos Products - Transfer Of The Collected Asbestos To A Hazardous Waste Landfill. The Landfill Manager Must Have A Decision Authorizing The Conduct Of Activities In The Field Of Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos With Code 17 06 05 - Preparing Asbestos Collection Reports From Property Owners And Waste Transfer Cards To The Landfill, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.6) The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Execution Of The Order, The List Of Properties, As Well As The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos To Be Collected, May Change. The Contractors Final Remuneration Will Be Determined Based On The Actual Amount Of Waste Collected Resulting From Waste Collection Reports With Residents, But Not More Than 155.97 Mg.7) In The Event Of Differences Between The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products To Be Removed And The Documented Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products Actually Removed, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Contractors Actual Remuneration Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Product Acceptance Reports.8) All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order (E.G. Securing The Acceptance Site, Setting Up Facilities And Devices For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Securing Existing Facilities Against Damage, Etc.)
