Each Time, At The Time Of Delivery Of A Given Batch Of Goods, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check In The Presence Of The Contractor Whether The Goods Are Not Defective And In Case Of Doubts As To The Compliance Of A Given Batch Of Goods With The Provisions Of The Swz, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Accept The Goods And To Request The Contractor To Deliver A Given Batch Of Goods Within The Originally Agreed Period.3.4.
