The Purpose Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Select A Wired Telecommunications Service Provider With A Cost-Effective Tariff System With A Cost-Effective Tariff System That Meets The Requirements Of The Media Service Support And Asset Management Fund, 1. The Tenderer Must Be Able To Provide This Service Anywhere In Hungary, Either Using Subcontractors By Providing The Requested Connection Within The Deadline And Transferring The Audio, Data Or Image Signal On The Line At The Central Location (Headquarters). The Tenderer Should Also Be Aware That It Is Capable Of Providing Occasional Lines From Outside The Countrys Borders, So That The Sign Of The Occasional Line At The End Of The Country Outside The Country Is Handed Over At The Central Site (Headquarters) Of The Contracting Authority. The Fee For These Services May Differ (Up To 25%) In The Tender Depending On The Location, So They Do Not Form The Basis Of The Tco Assessment. These Services Are Provided On The Basis Of An Order After The Request For A Specific Request. 1.2 Expected Quantities After The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Is Expected To Use The Quantity And Type Of Construction In Annex 3 To The Technical Description (This Is The Basis Of The Evaluation Model). The Contracting Authority Shall Take Up To 70%Of The Amount In Respect Of The Annexes Indicated And The Services Referred To In Annex 5.
