The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Activities Of A Consultant In The Construction Process Related To The Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Investment Projects And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision In The Implementation Of The Construction, Incl. Implementation Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, Preparation Of A Final Report On The Establishment Of The Use And Technical Passport Of The Site, As Well As With The Implementation Of Inspection And Control Of The Construction Materials Delivered And Used In The Construction, Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Establishment Of The Site, All Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Territorial Development Act), And The Responsibilities Arising From Art. 178 Of The Spatial Planning Act, According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Object Is Conditionally Equated To The Third Category Of Construction, According To The Spa, Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter D.
