The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Provide Design, Development And Technical Support Services For The Creation And Operation Of An Organized Pmo Monitoring And Management Office, As Well As The Implementation Of A Digital Platform For Integrated Surveillance Of Projects/Sub -Projects Implemented By The Region Of Thessaly. As Mentioned In Previous Sections Hereof, The Region Manages More Than 200 Projects That Are Funded Through Various National And European Programs (Psc, Nsrf 2021-2027, Taa, Etc.). The Complexity, Intensity, And Number Of These Interventions Make It Necessary To Create A Constituted Management And Monitoring Structure, Which Will Enhance The Internal Functioning Of The Region, Improve Programming And Ensure The Timely Implementation Of Projects/Sub -Projects And Efficient Utilization Of Available Resources. The Project Includes Both The Establishment And Activation Of The Pmo Office And The Development, Configuration And Location Of A Specialized Information System/Platform, Which Will Be Used To Monitor The Course Of Project Implementation And Supporting Decision -Making By The Competent Services.
