The Service Provider Must Ensure That The Interfaces Between Sap Hcm And The Third -Party Application Used Work Reliably And Seamlessly To Ensure Smooth Data Exchange And Consistent Processes. These Interfaces Should Be Taken Into Account And Documented Both The Technical Requirements And Functional Dependencies In Order To Ensure A Long-Term Stable It Landscape. The Bidder Must Ensure That The Continuous Operation Of The System Is Guaranteed By Corresponding Personnel And Technical Resources. This Not Only Includes Ongoing System Support And Troubleshooting, But Also General User Support (Support) During Productive Use. In Addition, The Bidder Is Obliged To Implement New Or Changed Requirements That Arise In The Context Of Practical Application. This Includes In Particular The Further Development Of The System In Accordance With The Technical Needs And Organizational Framework Of The Municipality. To Ensure A Stable, Performant And Reliable Operation Of The Solution, Binding Service Level Agreements (Slas) Must Be Concluded With The Bidder. The Slas In Particular Regulate System Availability, Reaction And Recovery Times For Disorders As Well As Support And Maintenance Services. The Bidder Has A Standard Version Of His Slas To Include The Offer. This Becomes Part Of The Contractual Assessment And Forms The Basis For The Later Company Agreement.
