Operation Of A Sewage Plat – Exchangeing The Single-Vascular Chargers Service With A Subsidiary Of The Mine. 3 M3. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1. Providing Two Technically Efficient Single-Bucket Loaders With A Vessel Capacity Of Min. 3M³ Each (Equipped With A Blade) To Perform The Work Described In The Subject Of The Order, Including Handling Loading Up To A Height Of 4.1 M; 2. Securing Fuel For Machines, Operating Machines, Loading And Moving Dewatered Sewage Sludge And Other Waste, Loading Compost Products And Earth Masses, Laying Compost Piles And Performing Other Works On Administered Areas - Managed By The Ordering Party. 3. Due To The Nature And Scope Of The Plants Works, The Ordering Party May Request A Third Charger And An Operator To Provide The Service. The Third Charger Will Be A Charger Used Successively According To The Needs Of The Entertainer, It Can Also Act As A Replacement Charger In A Situation When The Ordering Party Requires The Provision Of Two Functional Chargers; 4. The Service Will Be Carried Out Successively On The Dates Set By The Ordering Party, In The Administered Areas Managed By The Ordering Party, Mainly Waste Composting Installations And Municipal Sewage Treatment Installations. 5. As Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of Chargers To Provide Services To Other Entities, Outside The Area Administered By The Ordering Party. The Costs And Organization Of Transport Of The Charger/Chargers To The Place Of Service Provision, Outside The Area Administered By The Ordering Party, Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party, While Staff Costs, E.G. Business Trips, Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 6. The Approximate And Maximum Operating Time Of Three Chargers Is Max. 12,000 Hours. The Quantity Provided By The Ordering Party Is The Maximum Quantity And Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make The Execution Of The Order Dependent On Actual Needs, Provided That The Minimum Number Of Operating Hours Of The Three Chargers Will Not Be Lower Than 8,400 Hours. The Contractor Will Not Have The Right To Pursue Claims Against The Ordering Party For Reducing The Number Of Hours To The Minimum Number. 7.
