The Existing Leimuiden Wwtp Will Be Demolished In The Long Term, Because A Capacity Expansion Took Place During The Renovation Of The Nieuwe Wetering Wwtp A Few Years Earlier, Allowing The Latter To Take Over The Treatment Work Of The Leimuiden Wwtp. To Make This Possible, The Current Awtgs Must Be Renovated Or Renewed And A New Awtl (Ø315mm) Must Ensure The Transport Of The Wastewater To Nieuwe Wetering. This Assignment Involves Realizing The Awtl From The Current Awtg Leimuiden To The Awzi Nieuwe Wetering. The Awtl Follows The Route Along Kerklaan In Leimuiden, Passes Under The “Oude Wetering” Watercourse And Emerges In The Noordschans Residential Area. From There, The Awtg Is Routed To Bruggestraat, Where Alkemadelaan Is Crossed Underground To Googermolenweg. The Awtl Follows This Road To The Rijksweg A4, After Which The Rijksweg And Hsl Are Passed To Arrive At The South Side Of The De Bult Nature Experience Garden. There Is Already A Ø400 Pipeline At This Location (From Awtg Oude Wetering), Which Is Partly Being Renovated. The Old Pipeline From The Nieuwe Wetering Wwtp To The Regenboogweg Is Partly Removed And Partly Filled With Foam (This Part Cannot Be Removed Because It Is Located (Too Deep) In A Barrier And Cannot Be Removed By Excavating, In Order To Permanently Guarantee The Stability Of The Barrier. Finally, The Regenboogweg Is Followed To Emerge In The Agricultural Land To The East Of The Nieuwe Wetering Wwtp When It Crosses The Noordveenweg. To Be Connected To The Underground Infrastructure Of The Treatment Plant In Open Excavation.
