Carrying Out A Preventive Archaeological Excavation Prior To The Construction Of An Archaeological Deposit (At The Northern End Of Plot Ei6) On The Olbia Site In Application Of Article L.521-1 Et Seq. Of The Heritage Code. The Excavation Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Scientific Specifications Annexed To The Prefectural Decree Prescribing An Archaeological Excavation, Under The Project Management Of The City Of Hyères. The Carrying Out Of This Excavation Will Be Entrusted To A Public Or Private Operator Holding The Approval Provided For By Article R.522-8 Of The Heritage Code. This Should Cover The Period: Antiquity.
