Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Smart Energy Meters Along with HES/MDC Hardware & Software Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 150,000 Nos. Smart Energy Meters Along with HES/MDC Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: Bidders Contractual Experience Experience in Key Activities Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor in at least two contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last Five (05). years and that are similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidders participation under each contract For contracts executed during the period stipulated in Section 3 sub clause 2.4.1 (Evaluation and qualification criteria), a minimum experience in the following key activities: Design and Implementation of integrated AMI solutions of at least 150,000 metering points. The Multan Electric Power Company - MEPCO (the Employer) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 150,000 No. Smart Energy Meters along with HES/MDC Hardware & Software (the Facilities). Invitation for Bids exceeds US$20.80 Million or Equivalent. The similarity of the Bidders participation shall be based on: 1. Physical size 2. Nature of Work 3. Complexity 4. Methods Technology and other characteristics as required in Section 6 (Employers Requirements) Supply of150,000 Nos 3 Phase energy meters Installation, testing and commissioning of 75,000 Smart Energy meters. 5.
