Expression of Interest For Consultant For National Guidelines And Assessment Tool

Tenders are invited for Consultant for National Guidelines and Assessment Tool for Identifying, Recognizing, and Strengthening Other Effective Area-Based Conservation Measures Project: Mekong in BALANCE Project Supervised by: WWF - as the contracting agency, and the Ministry of Environment - as the recipient of the product Duration: 30 days (Between November 2025-February 2026) Guideline for Submission: Interested consultant(s) is hereby invited to provide an Expression of Interest to WWF-Cambodia (either as a team or individually) and to provide the following: Technical proposal comprising the following: o Company profile/Personal CV(s) with three professional references and/or evidence of relevant experience and mentioned competencies. o Brief description (1 page) of why you consider yourself suitable for the assignment. o The proposal contains the methodology, based on the indication provided by this ToR; o Work plan and foreseen timetable. o The financial proposal (including tax) o Team composition, if required; o Information on any representative of your team, or any member of your team, that may give rise to a direct or indirect conflict of interest, including identifying other current contractual works being conducted for WWF and affiliations with WWF staff. Financial proposal indicates all-inclusive contract value in USD, supported by the respective costs breakdown (activity cost in part 2: Objectives and the scope of the service). The expert consultant(s) is required to indicate in the financial offer any variation of the daily rate based on the service provided. Foreseen Travel, accommodation and subsistence costs are to be included in the financial proposal.
