Expression of Interest for Accounting and Financial Audit of PACFC II: Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027 The expression of interest documents must include: (i) A letter of expression of interest addressed to the Project Coordinator, including a presentation of the firm; and (ii) A list of similar assignments carried out during the past fifteen (15) years, supported by completion certificates, or failing that, a declaration on honor from the Consultant. Each assignment must indicate: (a) The title of the assignment; (b) A description of the tasks performed; (c) The name, address, and contact details of the client; (d) The year of implementation, including start and end dates; (e) The contract amount; (f) The funding source; and (g) The list of key experts involved in the mission. Interested consultants may obtain the expression of interest template, Terms of Reference, and additional information at the address below during office hours: 08:00 to 16:00 (local time) on working days. Expressions of interest (electronic submission recommended) must be sent to the address below no later than Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 23:59 (local time), clearly marked: Expression of Interest for the Accounting and Financial Audit of PACFC II: Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
