1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Organizing And Servicing The Parking Zone In The Multi-Storey Garages: Ul. Szwajcarska 6 And Ul. Kościuszki 8 A And B In Legionowo Together With Adjacent Areas - Annex No. 1 To The Opz.2) The Area Of The Parking Zone Is An Annex To The Swz In The Form Of A Graphic Attachment.3) Delivery And Installation Of Parking Meters And Vertical Parking Lot Markings.4) Equipping The Parking Zone With Devices For Collecting And Settling Parking Fees (Parking Meters And Mobile Application) - Annex No. 2 To The Opz.5) Providing Parking Zone Management Software - Annex No. 3 To The Opz.6) Adapting Parking Meters And The Mobile Application To The Regulations For Charging Fees And Using Multi-Storey Garages With Adjacent Areas Included In The Communication Center In Legionowo, Which Are The Property Of The Municipality Of Legionowo - Annex No. 4 To Opz.7) Introduction To The System And Ongoing Updating Of The List Of Vehicles Registered In The Database Of Persons Entitled To Free Use Of The Garage, Kept By The Legionowo City Hall. (In The Event Of Other Communes From The Legionowo Poviat Joining The Free Parking Program, The Ordering Party Allows Changes In The Form Of Introducing Additional Registers Of Eligible Residents. In The Above Case, There Will Be A Separate Zone/Zones In Which Residents Of The Other/Other Acceding Commune(S) Will Park. The Above-Mentioned Change Does Not Constitute The Basis For An Increase In Remuneration. )8) The Update Will Take Place No Later Than Within 1 Hour (On Days Working Days) From The Sending Of Current Data By The Ordering Party, And The Data Will Be Transferred In The Format Agreed With The Ordering Party (Preferred Excel File Format).9) All Fees Are The Ordering Partys Revenue.10) The Detailed Scope Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Being An Integral Part Of The Contract.
