The Hua Hum Border Complex Is Located In The Commune Of Panguipulli, In The Town Of Pirihueico, On The Chilean Side, And Next To The City Of San Martín De Los Andes In The Province Of Neuquén, Argentina. It Is Located At 666 [Msnm]. The Building Has An Infrastructure Of 1650 [M2] Approx., And Was Opened In 2013. Currently The Hua Hum Border Crossing Is Paved From Puerto Pirihueico To The Limit, Approximately 11 Km. This Complex Does Not Have Home Electrical Feasibility, So Energy Production Depends Exclusively On Electricity Generating Equipment, Which By Using Diesel As Fuel, Produce The Necessary Energy To Supply Electricity To All Dependencies And Equipment Of The Facilities. Therefore, These Bidding Bases Are Intended To Regulate The Call For Public Tender For The “Acquisition Of Two New Electric Generators, With Initial Maintenance, For The Hua-Hum Border Complex, Administered By The Regional Presidential Delegation Of Los Ríos For Twelve Months”, Whose Characteristics Are Indicated In The Administrative And Technical Bases Of This Tender.
