The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity (Together With The Distribution Service) To The Iop Pan Facilities In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31/12/2026. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Delivery (Including The Supply And Provision Of Distribution Services) Of Electricity To 3 Collection Points (Ppe) With A Total Estimated Volume Of 200,000 Kwh In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026 3. Details Regarding The Consumption Of Electricity At Individual Collection Points Are Described In Annex 1 To Swz - List Of Collection Points. 4. The Above -Mentioned Forecasted Electricity Consumption Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Of Energy Actually Collected During The Contract. The Reduction Or Increase In The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Attract Any Consequences For The Contracting Authority (Recipient), Except For The Need To Pay For The Actually Collected Amount Of Energy And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Operators Applicable Tariff. The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Level Of Consumption At The Level (+/-) 20%.5. Qualitative Standards: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity With The Quality Standards Specified, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 2) The Quality Standards Of Electricity Are Described In The Act Of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Enforcement Provisions Issued In Particular With Recipients. The Order Implementation Standards Are Specified In These Legal Acts; 3) Standards Regarding The Distribution Of Electricity Are Included In The Operators Tariff, Which Specifies: A) Tariff Groups And Detailed Criteria For Qualifying Recipients To These Groups, B) The Method Of Determining Fees For Connecting To The Operator Network, And In The Case Of Connecting To The Network With A Rank Voltage Not Higher Than 1 Kv Also Flat-Rate Fees, C) Fees For The Provision Of Distribution Services And The Terms Of Their Use, Taking Into Account The Division Into Rates Resulting From:- Electricity Distribution (Variable Components And Fixed Network Rates),- Use Of The National Power System (Quality Rates),- Reading Indications Of Measurement And Billing Systems And Their Current Control (Rates (Rates Subscription),- Early Termination Of Long-Term Contracts (Transition Rate Rates),- Ensuring The Availability Of Electricity From Renewable Sources In The National Power System (Res Fee Rate); D) The Method Of Determining The Discount For Not Meeting The Quality Parameters Of Electricity And Quality Standards Of Recipients, E) Method Of Determining Fees For: Passive,- Exceeding The Contractual Power,- Illegal Consumption Of Electricity, F)
