Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity For The Piła Poviat And Organizational Units

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivered By The Title Supply Of Electricity For The Piła Poviat And Organizational Units. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity For 46 Ppe Of The Piła Poviat And Organizational Units In The Planned Amount Of About 1,387 Mwh From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 For Electricity Collection Points Indicated In Annex 4 To Swz. Electricity Consumption Is A Declared And Estimated Size Used Only To Calculate The Price Of The Offer, Comparison Of Submitted Offers And Selecting The Contractor. 3. The Contracting Authority Informs That All Electricity Consumption Points Specified In Annex 4 To Swz Have: 1) Contract For The Sale Of Electricity With Energa Obrót Sa, With Its Registered Office In Gdańsk Concluded For A Specified Period Until December 31, 2025; 2) Contracts For Energy Distribution With The Company Enea Operator Sp.Z O.O. Concluded For An Indefinite Period. 4. The Operator Of The Distribution System Is Enea Operator Sp. 5 Para. 2 Of The Act - Energy Law. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Active Energy In Accordance With Applicable Quality Standards For The Service Of Recipients Specified In The Executive Files Issued On The Basis Of The Energy Law. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged For Trade Balancing For Electricity Sold As Part Of The Order. 6. The Contractor Should Have Current Contracts With The Osd Distribution System Operator, I.E. Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O., Enabling The Sale Of Electricity Via The Dso Distribution Network To The Electricity Collection Points Specified In Annex 5 To Swz Within The Date Of Order Performance. 7. Subject Of The Order - Supply Of Electricity - Has Specific Quality Standards, While The Price For Electricity Does Not Affect The Quality Of Delivery. Electricity Cannot Be Adapted To The Specific Requirements Of The Employer, It Is Normalized And Offered In Commonly Accepted Standards. Electricity Quality Standards Are Specified In Detail In The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law. The Principles Of Functioning Of The Power System Were Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of 22 March 2023 On The Detailed Conditions Of The Functioning Of The Power System, While The Principles Of Shaping And Calculation Of Tariffs And Settlements In Electricity Turnover Are Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of November 29, 2022 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariff And The Way Of Settlements In The Tariff And The Way Of Settlements In The Way Electricity Trading. The Offered Price Should Take Into Account All The Costs Of The Life Cycle Related To The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Supply Of Electricity.
