The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Purchase Of Hardware And Software Along With The Assembly And Implementation As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Improving The Level Of Cyber Security In The City Of Brzeziny. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 6 To Swz. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract And Its Implementation Contain A Template Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Acceptance Protocol, In Accordance With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In The Presence Of Representatives Of The Parties. 4. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. 5. In All Places Of Swz And Attachments To Swz, In Which An Example Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Special Process, Which Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or If The Employer Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contracting Authority To Be Equivalent To The Swz And Tender Documentation,, Specifying Such Indications Or Reference With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
