Part I-Implementation Of Cranioma (Cranio-Sacral) Therapy In A Office Located At A Distance Of Not More Than 25 Km From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Bielsko-Biała.1) Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of 400 Carrow-Crush Therapy Sessions (Crano-Sacralna) For Project Participants Under The Name Society Target Group: Participants Of Therapy Will Be Children/Youth Reported For Adoption And Adopted As Well As Adoption Parents Living In The Śląskie Voivodeship. The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For The Recruitment Of Participants. 3) Target: The Purpose Of Therapy Will Include Improving The Functioning Of The Central Nervous System And Reduction Of Tensions Occurring In The Body, Which Are A Consequence Of Childrens Traumatic Experiences, As Well As Eliminating The Negative Effects Of Stress In Adoptive Parents. 4) Place Of Implementation: The Therapy Will Be Conducted In A Office Located Not More Than 25 Km From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Bielsko-Biała (Ul. Modrzewskiego 12, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała). The Office Will Be Provided By The Contractor. Note 1: The Distance Between The Indicated Office And The Seat Of The Ordering Party Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Google Maps - The Shortest Route By Car. Note 2: The Building And The Office In Which The Therapy Will Be Implemented Must Meet At Least The Minimum Requirements For Ensuring The Availability Of People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Act Of 19.07.2019 On Ensuring Access To People With Special Needs. 5) Information: ● Therapy Will Be Conducted From Monday To Saturday, From 8:00 To 20:00, On Dates Set Between The Contractor And Adoption Parents Or Guardians Of Children Using Support. ● The Minimum Order Value Will Constitute 40% Of The Maximum Value Of The Basic Order (Without The Right Of Options). The Contractor Will Not Bring Any Claims For The Performance Of The Order In A Smaller Than The Maximum Expected Dimension.
