1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation In The Design And Build System Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Staircase Of Staircase No. 1 And No. 2 And Fire Shut -Off Flaps In The Ventilation Installation In The Building In The Building And The Social Welfare Home In Skrzynno. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Development Of Documentation Based On A Construction Project, Decisions - Building Permit And Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter: Pfu), Including: A) A Technical Project For All Industries, I.E. Construction, Electrical, Ventilation Industries; B) Executive Project For All Industries, I.E. Construction, Electrical, Ventilation Industries; Offer Cost Estimate, E) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Work (Stwiorb), F) As -Built Documentation Together With The Changes Made If They Occur; The Entire Study Of The Documentation Will Provide The Contractor In Three Copies Of The Paper Version And In One Copy In Electronic Version Pdf; 2) The Need For Appropriate Permits, Permits, Approvals And Tp. On: A) The Execution Of The Gravitational Smokepace System Of Two Staircases In Building A, I.E. Cage No. 1 And No. 2, Including:  Assembly Of Two Smoke Flaps;  Assembly Of Aeration System With Connecting To The Existing System And The Necessary Work Accompanying Work By Making A Aeration Hole Of The Closed Blind In The Frame No. 1 And External Anti -Fire Doors In The Cage No. 2;  Installation Of The Smoke Exhaust Headquarters Cooperating With The Existing Fire Control Unit;  Supplementing The Re30 Frame Partitions For The Separation Of Staircases As Separate Fire Zones (If During Construction Works There Is A Need); B) Installation In The Room Ventilator Platforms In The Ventilation Channels In The Ventilation Ducts At The Places Of The Channels Through The Walls And The Stories Fans; C) Supplementing Insulation And Plaster Outside After Walled Up Three Windows In The Outer Wall Of Staircase No. 2 At Level I And Ii Pietra And The Attic; 4) Performing All Necessary Measurements, Including In Particular Electric Tests And Checks; 5) Launch And Checking The Operation Of The Installed Smoke -Free System (Tests, Technical Attempts To Work Installed And The Entire System); 6); 6); 6); 6); 6); Training Of The Employers Personnel In The Field Of System Service. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements Related To Its Implementation, The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor, The Details Of The Warranty Were Specified In Pfu, Which Is Annex 1 Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Swz) And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 11 To Swz.4.
