The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface At The Building. 39 In The Military Complex At Ul. Legionów 52 In Grudziądz. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is: - Road Repair Works - Demolition Works - Sewage Works - Road Works - Waste Collection And Management Before Incorporating Construction Materials, The Contractor Should Receive The Approval Of The Investors Supervision Inspector Confirmed By A Material Card (Appendix No. 7 To The Contract). The Supervision Inspector May Request, Prior To Construction, The Submission Of A Material Card For Approval Of Other Materials That It Deems Necessary To Confirm The Required Parameters. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Execution Of Accompanying Works Consisting Of Lighting The Work Area, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies And Protections On The Work Site, Constructing And Maintaining Construction Facilities, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With Its Own Efforts And At The Price Of The Contract. The Area In Which The Works Will Be Performed Will Be Open For The Duration Of Their Execution, Excluding The Part Of The Area Where The Works Will Be Performed. All Construction Works Should Be Organized And Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure Safety For People Staying In The Complex And Uninterrupted Use Of The Area, As Well As To Ensure Safety For People Staying In The Area Carrying Out The Scope Of The Concluded Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure The Work Safety Of Employees Performing The Works (In Particular To Train The Employees And Provide Them With The Necessary Equipment); 2) Protect The Area Against Destruction And Other Damage; 3) Carry Out The Works On The Work Site In A Way That Does Not Cause Any Inconvenience To The Users Of The Military Complex 4) Enable Safe And Undisturbed Use Of The Complex Area By Employees, Soldiers And Visitors Of A Given Unit During The Execution Of The Works Military;5) Providing, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, The Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order With Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions, Protective Clothing And Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, As Well As Equipment, Resources (Including Personal Protective Equipment And Disinfectants) And Devices Necessary To Perform The Activities Covered By The Contract. In The Event Of Failure To Ensure The Conditions As Above, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages And Situations Arising As A Result Of Its Actions Or Omission Thereof. The Contractor Shall Provide All Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order On Its Own And At Its Own Expense And Is Obliged To Use Construction Products Consistent With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works And Approved For Use By The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Cons
