The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Called Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground Belonging To The Municipal Nursery In Człuchów. The Task Includes The Construction And Assembly Of Small Architectural Objects. The Small Architectural Objects Include The Following Elements: A Multi-Functional Set, A Mini House, A Frog Rocker, A Car Rocker, A Sensory Set, A Shaker Sensor Panel, A Panel A Sensory Maze, A 3-In-A-Row Game Sensory Panel, A Tic-Tac-Toe Sensory Panel, An Abacus Sensory Panel, Benches, Flower Pots With A Pergola And A Sun Sail. The Following Construction Works Are Planned: 1) Clearing The Area Of Sand, 2) Demolition Of Small Architectural Elements - A Covered Sandbox, 3) Installation Of Equipment Elements, 4) Supplementation Safe Sand Surface. After Completing The Above-Mentioned Works, The Playground Should Be Certified In Accordance With Applicable Standards. The Contractors Obligation Is To Obtain A Document Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground With The Pn En 1176 Or 1177 Standards. This Document Must Be Issued By An Independent, Specialized, External Inspection Unit That Was Not Directly Involved In The Assembly And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Work And Related Expenses. As Part Of The Investment Implementation, The Contractor Will Make One Information Board On The Co-Financing Of The Task, One-Sided, Measuring 120 Cm. X 80 Cm According To The Attached Pattern. The Information Board Should Be Made Of A Composite Board, Plexiglas Or Pvc With A Minimum Thickness Of 3 Mm, Or Placed On A Metal Base With A Double-Rolled Edge. Detailed Information To Be Included On The Board And The Place Of Its Installation Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Board Should Be Installed No Later Than When The Works Begin. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Swz And In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Template Contract) Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
