1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Steel Wire For A Baling Press For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Z O. O. Over A Period Of 12 Months In An Estimated Amount Of 33,000 Kg And 6,600 Kg Under The Option Right. 2. Technical And Quality Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Cold Drawn; 2) Made Of Low-Carbon Steel Grade: C4d Or Sae1006 Or S235jrg, 3) Annealed, 4) Medium Soft, 5) Oiled On The Entire Surface, 6) Cross-Section Ø 3.5 Mm, 7) Tensile Strength In The Range Of 360-400 N/Mm²; 8) Related Standards: Pn-En 10025-1:2007, Pn-En 10025-2:2007, Pn-En Iso 16120-1:2017-07, Pn-En 10204:2006,9) Intended For Binding Compressed Secondary Raw Materials In Specialized Baling Presses.3. The Wire That Is The Subject Of This Order Is Intended For Baling Recyclable Materials In A Baling Press At The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Siedliska Near Ełk.4. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Run By Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Z O. O., Siedliska 77, 19-300 Ełk, Province Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Ełk Poviat, Ełk Commune. 5. The Wire Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, To The Place Indicated By Him, On The Premises Of The Plant In Siedliska Near Ełk, By The Contractors Transport And At His Expense, Using His Staff. As Part Of The Delivery, The Ordering Party Also Understands The Activities Of Unloading The Delivered Subject Of The Order By The Contractor.6. The Minimum Size Of A Single Delivery Will Be From 2,500 Kg To 4,000 Kg.7. Each Delivery Will Be Made Within 14 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Individual Order Form By The Ordering Party.8. The Wire Is To Be Delivered In Coils With An External Diameter Of 600 To 700 Mm And A Weight Of Not More Than 100 Kg/1 Coil.9. The Delivered Wire Should Be Packed In A Method That Ensures The Preservation Of Properties And Technical And Operational Parameters During Transport And Storage In Warehouse Conditions For A Period Of At Least 12 Months.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With Each Single Delivery, Before Each Unloading, A Set Of Necessary Documents Regarding The Imported Wire, Including A Quality Certificate Indicating At Least The Following Parameters: Steel Grade, Tensile Strength, Diameter And Elongation.11. During The Execution Of This Order, The Ordering Party May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise The Option Right To A Maximum Of 6,600 Kg Of Wire. Deliveries Under The Option Right Will Be Made Automatically When The Value Of The Basic Order Is Exceeded. Payments In The Case Of Deliveries Made Under The Option Right Will Be In Accordance With The Prices, Rates, Fees And Terms Specified In The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect.
