Under Which The Contractor Will Provide, For A Period Of 12 Months, I.E. From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Services In The Collection Of Municipal Waste Generated In The Paszowice Commune.2. The Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order Intended For Collection Was Classified In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 9, 2014 On The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 1923) And Falls Into The Group Marked With Code 20 - Municipal Waste Including Fractions Collected Separately.3. The Scope Of The Order, In Addition To Waste Collection, Also Includes • Placing A Kp-7 Container At The Cemetery In Kwietniki, • Placing A Kp-7 Container At Paszowice 35 (Pgr), • Placing Baskets For Glass Packaging In The Towns Of The Paszowice Commune.4. During The Service, It Is Possible To Change The Addresses And The Number Of Properties Served, As Well As The Number Of Residents. The Changes May Concern Either A Decrease Or An Increase In The Number Of Inhabitants. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Include All Properties Reported By The Ordering Party Into Service.
